We appreciate your purchase and hope you love your item! However, if you need to return or exchange it, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made items (alterations in design, pattern, or color) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specifically tailored for you.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@habeshaoutlets.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package.

Important: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must be sent to our location in Ethiopia.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us to check availability.
  • Any additional shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn by the customer.
  • Custom-made orders, as they are specially designed for you.

European Union Buyers

For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags.
